First soaked Rajgira atleast 5 hours,
Soaked dates for an hour in 1/2 cup hot milk to grind easily and make smooth paste of it
Now heat ghee in pan add makane in it and cook till crisp
When crisp keep out from pan and keep aside it.
Now heat ghee in pan,add crushed green cardamom in it,after few seconds add milk and boil it.
When milk boil,add nicely soaked Rajgira and cook it,when it cook and mixture start to thick add already prepared dates better in it now mix and cook.
When it completely cook add crisp makhane,kewra essence and mix and cover the pot to lock the fragrance.
Now Rajgira and Dates kheer is ready to serve,finally add walnuts over the top at time to serve.
